2. Report of the Executive Committee over 2002

1. The secretary reported that during 2002 membership has increased. The Society at this moment has 392 members, including 10 institutional members. Several mailings have been sent to the members, including materials for the Vilnius conference and the call for abstract for the 2004 Iceland conference. A proposal has been developed together with the Secretariat of EACME to organise the 2005 conference in Barcelona; this proposal is on the current agenda.
2. The treasurer distributed the final account for 2002 (in euro).
